KOB
This is Ballarat's premier gravity race series consisting of 3 races on 3 different tracks with each race happening a month apart.
Each round scores points and the person in each category with the most points is crowned the winner!
The race village always has a fantastic vibe with food vendors, sponsored stalls, giveaways, and even a sponsored jump competition for everyone to get their shred on!
Shuttles
Now we love our cross-country cousins as much as the next group of riders, but this club is all about going downhill. As such, we love getting a lift back to the top and the club has two brand new busses and trailers to get us there.
In the Summer months, the club offers gold-coin donation shuttles on Wednesday evenings
Mini Muddies
One of the greatest and most supportive environments for the little shredders to get their race on. From the pint-sized pocket rockets on balance bikes to the ultra-fast elite youth riders, this is a one-of-a-kind event.
We bring the same attitude and altitude as the KOB series, and shrink it down with a dedicated Mini Muddies race track for the young guns, along with food vendors, giveaways, and always a coffee van for Mum and Dad!
Junior Development Riders (JDR)
Each year junior riders that are looking to race and represent the club have the opportunity to apply for a position as a Junior Development Rider.
Utilising more experienced riders to mentor the team in not only racing, but also social etiquette, track maintenance and basic bike maintenance.
Many of the JDRs go on to race elite levels and in turn become mentors for future champions.
